Samsung Appliance Troubleshooting
Samsung appliance guides, currently covering dryers and ovens that won't heat — Samsung's own error codes (HC/hE heating codes, the Vent Blockage Test, Demo Mode, and bAd LinE) sourced directly from Samsung's support documentation.

Samsung coverage so far is dryers and ovens, and both guides are about the same complaint: no heat.
Common Samsung Problems
Samsung builds a lot of self-diagnosis into its appliances, so use it before you reach for tools. On dryers, the HC and hE codes usually mean a clogged lint screen or vent, and the built-in Vent Blockage Test, if your model has it, confirms it by showing Clg, C80 or C90. On ovens, check first for Demo Mode, which is easy to leave on by accident after installation. bAd LinE means the power connection isn't fully seated.
Samsung Safety & Repair Guidance
If a Samsung electric dryer reports low voltage, the problem is your home's electrical supply, not the dryer, so call a licensed electrician. On gas ovens, leave the igniter and safety valve to a technician.
